Ingredients:
1 (10- to 12-ounce) ball pizza dough, homemade or store-bought
½ cup sliced strawberries
1 cup nutella, warmed
¼ cup mini marshmallows
Olive oil
Ground cornmeal
Directions:
- Preheat pizza oven for about 45 minutes
- Spread some cornmeal onto your surface and roll out pizza dough to a 12 inch round or to your desired thickness.
- Move the dough to your pizza peel, make sure the peel has some cornmeal as well to prevent sticking.
- Spread the pizza with ¾ cup nutella
- Using a brush, brush some olive oil on the edge of the pizza to make sure you get a golden brown crust and slide pizza into the oven.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes.
- Take the pizza out and top with strawberries and marshmallows and cook for another 3-4 minutes until marshmallows are melted and dough is cooked through.
- Take the pizza out and drizzle with remaining nutella and enjoy!
- Using a brush, brush some olive oil on the edge of the pizza to make sure you get a golden brown crust.
