Claim your rebate- Consumers will have 8 weeks after the end of the promo to submit online to Hestanrebates.com. No late submissions will be accepted. 2. Consumer should receive rebate within 6-8 weeks after Hestan Commercial Corporation (HCC) receives the submission. Must be purchased only from participating Hestan dealers. 3. Order and purchase of qualifying Hestan products in this promotion must take place between January 1 – December 31, 2024, and you must take delivery by March 1, 2025. Purchases made before or after these dates will not be eligible. 4. Purchase date is determined by invoice date or down payment date. 5. Please note, free product will be reflected on your dealer invoice at the time of purchase. 6. HCC distributors, resellers and their employees, HCC employees and internal HCC orders are ineligible. 7. Only retail purchases by an end-user in the United States and Canada are valid. 8. Online submissions must include a street address. No P.O. Boxes will be accepted. If these terms and conditions are not met, Hestan Prepaid Mastercard® will not be issued. All submissions must include the final invoice, complete payment (no balance owing), purchase and delivery date, model number(s), serial number(s), retailer name and address, and customer name and address. 9. Rebates will be issued in the form of a Hestan Prepaid Mastercard® for American applicants, and issued in the form of a cheque for Canadian applicants. 10. Your rebate will be delivered via email with instructions for claiming your Prepaid Mastercard®. You must claim your card within 3 months of the date these instructions are sent via email. The link to access your payment expires after that time. Use your Prepaid Mastercard® anywhere Mastercard® debit cards are accepted around the world. This Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to license by Mastercard International Incorporated. This card is issued for loyalty, award or promotional purposes. 11. HCC is not responsible for claims received late. Please keep copies of all materials submitted. 12. HCC reserves the right to request additional information regarding this claim, and the right to confirm identification. All information submitted with this claim becomes the property of HCC and cannot be returned. No group organization request will be honored and author rights may not be assigned or transferred. 13. HCC, 360insights and its authorized distributors shall be solely responsible for the administration, handling and/or payment of any and all rebates under this rebate offer. Offer void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law. 14. No display or clearance models qualify. 15. All purchases must appear on the same sales receipt. 16. Rewards and rebates will exclusively be issued for qualifying model numbers only. No substitutes of other Hestan SKU model numbers are possible and/or permissible. 17. Rebates are only valid as long as supplies of qualified model numbers last. 18. HCC reserves the right to verify eligibility of Incentive claims and supporting documentation, including, without limitation, sales invoice documentation. HCC will determine validity of any and all claims in its sole discretion. 19. HCC reserves the right to modify Program rules and to cancel any Program at any time without prior notification or warning. In the event of Program termination, Program participants will have 30 days from the Program termination date in which to submit final reward claims.
