As Labor Day approaches, what better way to celebrate than with barbecue recipes you and your guests will be talking about all week.
Grilled Stuffed Mushrooms
You can’t have a weekend gathering without delicious appetizers. These stuffed mushrooms will get the party started and get everyone reaching for seconds.

Ingredients:
Mushrooms
Goat Cheese or Cream Cheese
Parsley or Basil
Sun-dried Tomatoes
Salt
Black Pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Olive Oil
Panko Bread Crumbs
Directions:
- Turn on the grill to medium-high heat and close the hood, preheating for 15 mins.
- In a bowl, mix together the goat cheese, parsley, diced sun-dried tomatoes, salt, black pepper and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
- Hollow out mushrooms by removing the stems, and be sure to oil them on both sides.
- Fill mushrooms with goat cheese mixture.
- Top with panko bread crumbs and drizzle with more oil.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on the grill over the Trellis burners for 5-6 minutes, then remove.
- Enjoy!

Grilled Salmon and Shrimp

For those who are craving seafood this Labor Day weekend, this recipe is simple and packed with flavor!
Ingredients:
Salmon Fillets
Shrimp
Olive Oil
Chili Lime Seasoning
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Directions:
- Turn on Trellis Burner(s)™ on the grill to medium-high heat and close the hood, preheating for 15 mins.
- Season salmon with olive oil and chili lime seasoning, keeping the skin on.
- Skewer shrimps and season with olive oil and lemon pepper seasoning.
- Place salmon skin-side down on grates and cook for about 4 and a half mins, then flip.
- Place shrimp skewers on the grates and cook for about 2 mins per side.
- Plate salmon and shrimp and enjoy!

Dessert Pizza
Switching it up with a nontraditional dessert, this recipe will be the main event at your Labor Day get-together.

Ingredients:
1 (10- to 12-ounce) ball of pizza dough, homemade or store-bought
½ cup sliced strawberries
1 cup Nutella, warmed
¼ cup mini marshmallows
Olive oil
Ground cornmeal or flour
Directions:
- Preheat pizza oven for about 45 minutes.
- Spread some cornmeal or flour onto your surface and roll out pizza dough to a 12-inch round, or to your desired thickness.
- Move the dough to your pizza peel, making sure the peel has some cornmeal or flour as well to prevent sticking.
- Spread ¾ cup Nutella across top of pizza.
- Using a brush, spread some olive oil on the edge of the pizza to ensure a golden brown crust.
- Slide pizza into the oven using the peel, and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
- Take the pizza out and top with strawberries and marshmallows, then cook for another 3-4 minutes until marshmallows are melted and dough is cooked through.
- Take out pizza with peel and drizzle with remaining Nutella and enjoy!
